My Feelings are Valid!
My feelings are valid! Whether one perceives them to be petty, immature or childish, they are my feelings and I must listen to them in order to love me!
How often do you find yourself lying to yourself and others about how you feel? Saying that you feel one way and you know you feel another, because you don't want to come across petty, immature or childish? Whatever it is that we are feeling jealous, insecure or scared we must acknowledge our feelings in order to deal with them.
Jealousy is a surest way to rid ourrselves of something that we want. When we are jealous it is our subconscious mind letting us know that we are longing for something.
There are only two emotions love and fear. When jealousy presents itself recognize that it is nothing but the devil creating fear in our subconscious mind. If we allow ourselves to be jealous it will impede us from love.
It is very important to acknowledge all of our feelings and not beat ourselves up about them. Our feeling are not good or bad, but they are valid! Jealousy is simply reminding us that we are worthy of the best! :) When we acknowledge our feelings, good or bad, and remember how fabulous we are the jealousy, insecurity and fear will quickly dissolve!

Stop!
Why is it that we know what keeps us in bondage and continue to let those things hold us there?
we know the habits, behaviors and relationships that lead to destruction... so why do we continue to let those things impede us from progress? Why do we seem so powerless?
Could it be a lack of self worth, or maybe a lack of will power? I am really not sure... maybe a little of both.
I just want to remind you and myself that we are the only ones responsible for what goes on in our lives. Yes we can make excuse and blame others, however we are responsible for ourselves and actions.

Do you know how long I have waited for this day??? I am so excited to see my girls Melodie, Tasha, Kelly and maybe even JaNay! Tonight is going to be a good night! I am all about Black TV! I was so disappointed to see Girlfriends and The Game be canceled, but i am truly in debited to BET for bringing at least on of my favorites back!
My girls and I are planing a Game Night! I hope everyone can make it, but due to the weather I maybe watching it with Tim! But that is ok!
He is my Derwin and I love hime to death!
I can't wait to watch tonight!

It's 2011 Hun's!
OMG! This is the year that I will turn the BIG 30! It is amazing how time flies. I remember being 9 and counting down the days until my 10th birthday and now I am knocking on 30's door! God is good! I am so excited about the things that God has in store for me this year. I think with every new year our hopes are reinvigorated! There is something about turning a year older that restore our faith in hope in being better people! Its a great feeling to know that God has given me another year to get closer to perfection.:)
So of course I have some new year resolutions... Like every other women over 25 I am committed to losing 20lbs this year. Lol I have also decided to dabble a little more in to my creative side. If you know me you know that I am a fashionista! I have a way of making a $20.00 fit look like it cost a $2000.00.
I truly think this is a talent that i was blessed with from God. I also plan to share with you a little of my fashion in site!
